Meet Jill Lindstrand


A Jersey Girl in Myrtle Beach Real Estate


Born in California but growing up in New Jersey, Jill Lindstrand got her first taste of the Grand Strand in visits she and her husband made to her father. And what started out as the purchase of a second home in Myrtle Beach in 2005 became a permanent move the following year when the couple decided they loved the beach too much to move back to New Jersey.


With a degree in fashion marketing, Jill had more than a decade of success as a retail manager. But to move forward in her field, she faced the prospect of moving to New York. After realizing that New York just wasn’t the lifestyle she wanted, she started working in the mortgage industry and in the course of that work met various Realtors, becoming intrigued with their jobs. A people person who loved the thought of getting out of the office and helping people in one of the most important decisions of their lives, Jill was hooked and became a Realtor.


Since moving to Myrtle Beach, Jill has helped hundreds of clients find their dream homes whether a home for retirement, an investment property, or a home to raise a family. With her background in mortgages, she’s also skilled in helping home sellers and buyers look at the many aspects of financing. And with a strong sense of fashion she’s often able to help buyers and sellers realize the full potential of a property.
