Jill took the time to clearly understand our needs. She identified and showed us several properties that met our needs, including that one spectacular property that checked all the boxes. Jill was instrumental in our negotiation of pricing and options (new construction). I would recommend Jill to any buyer, especially someone looking at a second home.

Jill has been a pleasure to work with, a rare professional in an industry filled with folks looking to make a living. Life circumstances--jobs, family needs, etc.,--have resulted in my husband and me moving too frequently to various states, communities, and countries. We've dealt with lots of realtors from many local and nationwide realty companies. Some are fast talking, pressing for a fast sale; some are ill-informed. Jill stands out as knowledgeable, attentive to OUR needs (which can be frustrating to someone hoping to close a deal quickly and move on), and patient. She keeps in touch on a regular basis--emailing at least weekly (often moreso) with changes in prices, market additions or deletions, etc. And she calls--just to check in to ask if we've received info, have any questions. I would like Jill as a personal friend because of the qualities she demonstrates as responsive yet respecting our space, our needs, our wishes. She truly IS a very distinct agent.

Jill saved me more than a few thousand due to her knowledge of the market,calculating the fair value of the property I wanted to buy, and convincing the seller's realtor and the sellers that my offer was a good deal for them.I will use her again in the future.

We were interested in purchasing a condo in the N. Myrtle Beach area and from our first conversation, Jill was able to answer all of the many questions we had. She demonstrated a keen knowledge of the area as well as recent sales to guide us to properties of interest within our price range. Since we live in NJ, our search spanned the fall and winter months. During this time, Jill was also very patient and always willing to meet with us whenever our schedule permitted a trip to SC. When we found the condo that suited us, Jill was diligent in negotiating our offer to the sellers, while being honest with managing our expectations. Her communication skills are excellent, keeping us informed at all times, and never did we feel like we were just another client to her. If we were to buy or sell in the N.
